About This Opportunity

As a customer data scientist you will help customers be successful in their AI Journey. You will aid them in leveraging AI in the organization for different use-cases, building successful models and deploying them in production environments, bringing GenAI capabilities in the AI journey of the customers, and ensuring that they get business impact and value.What You Will Do

• Deliver data science and/or machine learning professional services to our customers.
• Support customers by helping build custom data models, transformation, scorers/optimization loss functions/metrics that can be leveraged with H2O Driverless AI and help improve training performance for the customer use cases/domains.
• Demonstrate different use cases and data science capabilities by building end to end AI Applications using H2O products and solutions.
• Design and run training sessions for our customers in data science concepts as well as using H2O products. Training will need to be able to be delivered to audiences with varying data science skills and abilities.
• Help customers understand the nuances of data science, expert settings of H2O Driverless AI and H2O open source, and the strategies of experiment tuning that you would use to incrementally improve model performance. This also includes explaining model performance, model interpretability, and post deployment model monitoring concepts so as to ensure the business is making the right decisions on the model predictions.
• Translate business cases and requirements into value based technical solutions through the architecture of machine learning workflows and systems from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Participate in the development of ML solutions and AI applications for internal use, contributing to the advancement of our technology stack.
• Build and deploy machine learning models and AI applications to address customer-specific challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, preprocess, and analyze data to develop data-driven solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and AI with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience in customer facing while dealing with different teams – technical, business, domain people.
• Experience in delivering technical sessions with different customer teams
• Interest in Generative AI and Large Language Models (Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation, LLMOps, Making custom LLM models, fine tuning etc, Guardrails)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with solving machine learning problems using H2O ML products (plus), Python, R
• Knowledge and experience using a variety of machine learning techniques (supervised/unsupervised, clustering, decision tree learning, neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks/tuning techniques.
• Experience visualizing and presenting (EDA) to stakeholders using H2O Wave (plus), or other standard data visualization libraries in the Python and R stacks or using Tableau/PowerBi.
• In depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and experience applying Gen AI/ML to solve real work problems, including deployment of end to end ML pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Descriptions:

1. Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
2. Take the patients’ meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
3. Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
4. Ensure accuracy of every patient’s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
5. Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.

We’re seeking a brilliant, driven Customer Success Lead to build and lead our APAC CSM team. The team is focused on helping our Wise Platform partners scale their API integrations successfully. The key areas they work on includes improving contact rates, ensuring seamless payments, minimizing issues, and automating invoicing. You will work with various departments globally to enhance partner satisfaction and success.

This role will give you the opportunity to lead a team that:

• Builds Strong Partner Relationships. The team manages and improves operational relationships with partners. They are the main point of contact for resolving issues and finding ways to remove obstacles to their growth. They lead meetings, manage stakeholders, and provide effective solutions.

• Scales Partner Operations. The team develops and oversees plans that help partners get the most from Wise. They use data to identify areas for improvement and ensure both partners and internal teams meet their goals.

• Improves Product Operations.  The team analyzes data to understand challenges in partner operations caused by deficiencies in our product operations. They work with internal teams to negotiate and implement solutions on a wider scale that enhance the experience for partners.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversees Daily Operations and Achieving Targets

• Oversees the set-up and operation of a station/section in a restaurant.
• Supervises and participates in running an efficient and profitable operation in the assigned areas. 
• Assists the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager in enabling employees achieve highest service and product delivery standards with a highest degree of client care and service at all times.
• Provides services for guests such as order taking and promoting the restaurant food and beverage offerings.

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:
- Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player

- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills
- Polite, Patient and Good Customer Services Skills
- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year

Salary:

- $2,700-$4,300/Month + CPF (inclusive of team incentives)
- Base starts from $2,500-$3,500/Month

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for front desk duties such as: registration, appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)

2. Perform insurance/Medisave claims submission and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portal

3. Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (eg NETS/credit card, stationery etc)

4. Attend to patients courteously upholding quality service standard

Requirements:

1. Minimum N/’O’ level, NITEC in nursing or WSQ higher certification in healthcare operations

2. Experience in healthcare setting.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

4. Good customer-service mindset

5. Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector

6. At least 3 years of experience for senior role
