Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive (ID3387)
Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: $3000 - $4200

Job Description:
-Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving sea export, sea import, warehouse & truck.
-Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales support (sea import only)
-Familiar with custom requirements, import and export procedures.
-Track and monitor vessel arrivals / departures and update customers if any deviations.
-Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively.
-Roles- Sourcing for rates from service providers as per the sale/customer's enquiry.
-Coordinate with business partners on Sales lead from the origin or the destination.
-Provide comprehensive service to all aspects of customer's requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments.
-Preparing of invoices for customers & checking about subcontractor’s invoices & preparing of reports for internal &external customer.
-Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
-Preparing SOP for our internal use.
-Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
-All other ad-hoc work instructions from Managing Director or Manager

Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or in a discipline related to Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Sea freight forwarding
• Good experience running & managing sea-freight operations.
• Knowledgeable in sea-freight compliance & regulation
• Ability to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator and a team player
• Ability to cope in fast pace environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Job Summary:

· Right site patients and achieve optimal utilization of SLH services

· Ensure expedient processing and managing all applications for admissions in a timely manner

· Implement policies and procedures that improve efficiency of the Referral Centre

· Support joint initiatives and collaborative projects undertaken with other healthcare and community partners

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Conduct screening of referrals and assess suitability for transfers to SLH

· Participate in clinical and/or quality improvement initiatives

· Review and implement clinical protocols, processes, procedures and policies

· Collaborate with other hospitals and strategic partners to develop and refine workflows to ensure seamless and expedient transfers

· Participate in new projects and initiatives, where there may be impact on clinical services of the hospital (inclusive of providing administrative support in clinical research)

· Assist in the preparation of reports and statistics as required

· Assist in identifying problem areas, recommend and implement improvements

· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum qualification of a clinical degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 5 years of work experience in geriatric setting.

· Able to work independently

· Good collaborative and communication skills

· Demonstrated ability and interest in working with the elderly population

Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledges of Company's main products, common alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Undergo trainings for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions
• Undergo trainings for supervisory roles and responsibilities so as to be able to lead and manage both operations and management
• Complete all trainings and acquire the knowledge and skills to perform independently within the targeted timeline up to Assistant Manager
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
• Ensure all policies and procedures of the company are followed accordingly
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager from time to time

Working Hours: 6 days’ work week

1. Maintain equipment and systems

• Supervise and assist in driving direction and strategy for optimal maintenance of building-related equipment and systems with respect to the business activities to enhance function efficiency and effectiveness
• Supervise and assist in cross-departmental collaboration on maintenance and repair activities to minimise equipment downtime at customer's sites
• Supervise and assist in formulating pre-emptive strategies to de-risk the building-related equipment and systems from major equipment and systems failures and malfunctions
• Supervise and assist in financial and budgetary requirements of maintenance plans to company's implementation on customer's sites

2. Conduct operations

• Supervise and assist in developing strategic partnerships with stakeholders on operations
• Supervise and assist in establishing best practises for execution and documentation of operations activities
• Supervise and assist in formulating pre-emptive strategies to de-risk the building related equipment and systems from major equipment and systems underperformance

3. Manage responses to emergencies and crisis

• Supervise and assist in driving continuous improvement of company's emergency response planning and crisis management framework
• Supervise and assist in overseeing emergency responses in the company

4. Manage health, safety and environment

• Supervise and assist in establishing strategies and frameworks to drive compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WSH) and Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Supervise and assist in formulating proactive strategies for mitigation of WSH and EMS accidents and incidents
• Supervise and assist in establishing company's sustainable engineering strategies, procedures and guidelines

5. Manage people and organizational functions

• Supervise and assist in establishing the operating and resourcing structure for the function to support business objectives
• Supervise and assist in contributing to the development of the company's risk management framework
• Supervise and assist in driving continuous improvement strategies and change management initiatives at company's level
• Supervise and assist in driving strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
