About the Role

Customer Success is vital to our long-term profitability. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our services and continue to purchase on a recurring basis. As such, we need an executive to own driving success for our APAC customers. Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the APAC region, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate / liaising with courier service providers.
• Handle Daily sales process through intranet submissions (SLA within 2 hours from the sale submit)
• Handle Delivery Failure intranet portal. (Submit the delivery failure cases reported by couriers).
• Monitor daily courier shipment loads and act accordingly to ensure couriers meet the SLA.
• Handle phone calls /email from sales or couriers on the shipments.
• Plan and coordinate with courier on the bulk shipments delivery.
• Provide clear instruction to courier upon delivery on the shipment details /POD/Cash or cheque collection.
• Coordinate with credit team on the cash / Cheque / PD terms information.
• Act immediately on the shipment issues, related to couriers .
• Coordinate with outsource couriers / movers on the freight quote and transportation arrangement on special handling and projects.
• Coordinate with Sales team on daily shipments.
• Coordinate with inter operation dept to achieve the operations SLA
