Value Acceleration and Solution Delivery:

• Collaborate closely with sales and product management teams to ensure seamless solution delivery, including scoping, implementation, customization, and integration of our solutions.
• Ensure execution of the Customer Success Strategy, optimizing the delivery of Customer Success KPIs, Quality Assurance, and the profitable delivery of customer engagements
• Drive value realization initiatives, working closely with customers to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to deliver tangible outcomes.
• Own the post sales executive customer relationships for Customer Success, including resolution of escalations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities within the existing customer base and ensuring high renewal rates.
• Collaborate with Services Sellers to convert legacy customer success packages to new Customer Success offerings.
• Develop relationships with internal cross-functional leaders, including the Customer Outcomes (consulting services or partner) GEO leaders, ServiceNow Impact business unit and ServiceNow product and support organizations, where alignment on strategy and delivery is a must.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop customer advocacy programs, case studies, and success stories to showcase the value we deliver.

• Report directly to the Duty Manager, the Guest Service Agent is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the reception whilst on duty.

Responsibilities

· Performs installation & provides basic technical training (knobology) prefered to have hands-on experience with Hospital infrastructure products (Pendents, OT Lights & Medical Gas System, Air plant compressors)

Role:

The Field Service Technician is a hands-on team player who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient deployment, operation, maintenance, and repair of our Cooling Systems at multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping our site operations running smoothly through providing high quality technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a strong customer relationship while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, installations and repairs on a range of mechanical, electrical systems within the facilities (Electrical, pump systems, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identify root cause and implement solutions.
• Assist with electrical works such as resetting circuit breaker/ replace fuse etc.
• Assist infrastructure team to fill/drain cooling systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
• Assist site team as required.

Skill and Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent for any trade qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar hands-on role with equipment maintenance and repair.
• Good problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
