Job Descrition

• Perform Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users in Singapore and Asia Pacific.
• Proactively ensure high value customer service by providing customers with specific delivery times for IT solutions and clear communications, limiting the use of technology terms when not needed.
• Handle users’ requests for install/move/add/change of PC hardware and software.
• IT Asset Management - Perform asset (hardware and software) inventory, tracking and equipment retirement.
• Support the GLOBAL IT Technology refresh projects.
• Monitor and report local inventory.
• Identify and report incidents trends.
• Document processes and work instructions.
• Involve in RFQ activities for IT hardware and software.

Requirement

• At least Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Engineering from a local polytechnic.
• At least 2 years working experience in an IT support environment with knowledge on Service Delivery operations and support including incident management in a regional environment.
• Experienced working in a regional environment for a MNC.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing statistical data and trends.
• Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with others.
• Demonstrated analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Technical knowledge of O365 , Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Office Productivity Suite, Cisco VOIP Phones, Active Directory, PC imaging, Bitlocker .
• Good Knowledge with Symantec Endpoint Protection, PGP, Symantec VIP, Juniper VPN, label printers and barcode scanners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As the Customer Service Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.

• Answers customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and/or in-person
• Performs call and email follow up with customers.

Job Requirement(s):

• Min. GCE O level, A level, Diploma holder in any field or other equivalent qualifications
• Entry candidate with the right skillsets and attitude are welcome to apply
• Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)
• Possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment preferred
• Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
• 5.5-days work week

Customer Support

Administrative Support

• Assist the director in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee Singapore entity GST submission, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage corporate income tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.

Financial Oversight

• Work closely with the accounting team to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate banking activities and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial processes.

Logistics and Sales Operational Support

• Collaborate with global logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations for APAC.
• Support Director in forecasting in a timely fashion to support strategic planning. 
• Manage the overall Singapore entity GST submission, Corporate Income Tax returns as well as internal and external audits in a timely fashion.
• Relationship building with corporate bank and support commercial director in relevant banking activities and proper documentations as and when required.
• Arrange banking and boardroom documents sign off as well as keep record of all the correspondence and documentation pertaining to the Singapore corporate entity.
• Build policies on distributors and customers credit limits and payment terms in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee monthly accounts closing and financial reporting, invoice payments to internal and external parties as well as accrual postings.

4. Management of executive calendars and executive briefing documents

6. Operational activities including biweekly reporting, QBRs, and All Hands meetings by coordinating the reporting across the team, supporting slideware creation, and coordinating guest speakers
