School Coordinator

Location: Jurong East

Working days: 5 days (Rotate shift based on roster)
Weekday: 11.45am to 9.15pm
Weekend: 8.45am to 6.15/7.15pm
Salary: $2000 - $2800

Key Responsibilities: -

• Customer ServiceAttend to walk-in and phone enquiries from customers.
  Assist in student registration & movement, school cashiering and sales of books.
  Assist in class coordination including liaising with student/parents on update on class schedule.
  
• Administrative DutiesEnsure follow through on studio maintenance and student movement i.e., advancement, transfer, conversion, etc.
  Provide administration support to teachers to ensure that they can conduct their classes in a non-disruptive manner.
  Ensure completion of documents for daily collection/submission to Accounting & Finance Department.
  Perform data entry of teacher’s fee payment information into computerized system.
  Assist to follow up with student/parents on payment.
  Daily check to ensure that all main power switches are off during store closing.
  
• ActivitiesAssist in organizing events/activities such as graduation concert, outdoor performances etc.
  Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements: -

1. Possess at least a Diploma in business administration.
2. Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years’ experience in music school industry.
3. Candidates possess with relevant experience will be considered for Senior position.

Role and Responsibilities   

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of a small team working at the company’s flagship operation in Singapore, carrying out various business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization.
