The Service Manager provides leadership and oversight of the Service Department. They also work closely with the Country Manager and Sales team to promote and grow RSS market share, sales and profitability. The candidate has management responsibility for the back-office operations staff, workshop facilities and Field Service Engineers.

• Rotork Site Service (RSS) Financial responsibility inclusive of reporting accuracy, forecasting, utilization, profit and loss, and business planning
• Achievement of budgeted / forecasted growth targets
• Promote a solutions-oriented mindset (beyond product) throughout Rotork and with clients, and expand on current capabilities to deliver valued services which will differentiate RSS from the competition. i.e. any brand repair, network integration, subcontracting, asset management, etc
• Develop subordinates for current and future RSS needs and to support the development beyond the current skillset
• Lead, manage and motivate the team through performance reviews, to ensure maximum accuracy, efficiency and utility within the territory
• Manage projects within the Service Department, including the workshop and retrofit areas, using the Company’s processes and procedures to meet turnover, cost, profit and agreed budget goals
• Function as an integral part of the site management team reporting into the Country Manager
• Work to develop improved methodology, processes and shared best practices
• Ensure that departmental resources are properly planned and coordinated and that customer needs are met as time and cost effectively as possible. This includes ensuring the timely arrival of materials required to perform service work
• Drives utilization to meet corporate expectations while controlling overtime
• Ensures sales opportunities are handled timely and properly to assist the sales team in order conversion for project or day-to-day service work
• Utilizes local and corporate KPIs and metrics to drive performance and meet the goals
• Performs initial reviews of customer service contracts, master service agreements, etc. for compliance with our terms and conditions
• Ensures that the service team comply with all Rotork health and safety policies and procedures together with the applicable legislation in addition to the adherence to health and safety policies and procedures applicable at customer sites
   

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with various departments to promptly resolve customer needs and issues to meet/exceed service deliveries.
• Handling emails and phone calls pertaining to customer’s requests and enquires.
• Processing of customers’ orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme and Residents management

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team to support activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
• Introduce, implement rehabilitative therapies and/or programmes. Review and evaluate therapies and programmes to see if they are relevant to residents.
• Facilitate, coordinate and plan in-house programmes for residents. Monitor residents’ involvement for in-house activities and update individual residents’ care plan (ICP) report to respective case or social workers/managers
• Work closely with the Programme team to ensure programmes rostered to do are delivered
• Plan, develop program materials, design and implement group activities
• Work with key workers to implement strategies for behaviour management  
• Responsible for progress monitoring of achievement of residents’ care plan goals

Community Partnership and Volunteer Management

• Source, develop and sustain collaborations with other social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners and, government agencies where necessary for effective programme and volunteer management
• Work with volunteers to deliver volunteer led programmes
• Responsible for maintaining the volunteer database

• Preferably Diploma in related field
• Those without diploma will be considered based on working experience
• Good communication, teamwork and leadership skills

Summary of the Position

Reports to Customer Service Team Leader, the position is responsible for providing support throughout pre &post Sales, to ensure flawless execution of order processing, trace resolution & escalation/exception/complaint handling, service level agreement & internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Trace Handling: manages shipment tracking and trace requests from customer on timely manner.
• Escalation/Exception-Handling: Handles customer escalations from customers on a timely manner.
• Complaint-Handling: Handles and addresses complaints end-to-end; Acts as escalation point for
customers and other parties within the team.
• Solution Provision: Able to provide timely solution to cases/exceptions, proper follow up and follow
through end-to-end.
• Service Recovery: Able to provide service recovery as deemed appropriate, with the necessary
investigations done & wisely executes empowerment with proper justifications and based on set
processes.
• Manages and investigates customer claims, and assesses if claim is approved or denied, where claims
are not handled by insurer/3rd party administrator.
• Manages any ad hoc/regular reports supporting SME or KAM customers.
• Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated KAM customers.
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
• Passes Sales leads or any potential business opportunities to Sales Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service work experience
• Experience in Express Distribution or Supply Chain Logistics industry is preferred.
