• Monitoring and responding to emails, WhatsApp Business chats, and calls
• Contact customers for repair services including remote diagnostics, part ordering and payment verification
• Management of customer appointments
• Compliance with workplace safety and security
• Liaise with supervisor on customer feedback
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

• 2 year customer service experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Produce work with a high level of accuracy

Job Details

• Basic $1850 fixed (For fresh) + Attendance allowance $100 + Transport allowance $60 + Fixed allowance $280
• OT up to $500 per month
• Have performance bonus
• 6 days work week @ Retail Hours
• 8.25 Hours shift per day
• Islandwide location available

Job Scopes

• Handle daily operations activities (hands-on) such as Cashiering, Kitchen duties, and Tea making
• Involve in closing of shop (only applicable for night shift staff)
• Attend to walk-in customers promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
• Assist in stock taking / recording
• Answer incoming calls and handle delivery orders
• Learn the art of pearl making
