Cellotape Pte Ltd, located in Central District of Singapore, is looking for a Customer Support office with a minimum 2 years office experience to join our team. Cellotape is a small but well established distributor offering a competitive wage, and benefits to a dedicatd individual looking to make a long term committment to our company. Applicant must have recent experience with Microsoft Office software and have experience entering purchase orders and sales orders. English speaking and writing as well as Chinese speaking is very helpful. Less than the stated qualifications will not be short listed.

1. Lead Distribution:

• Receive and review incoming leads from various sources (e.g., website, social media, referrals).
• Distribute leads to appropriate team members
• Maintain an organized database of leads, tracking status and follow-up activities.

2. Call Handling:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products/services.
• Assist callers with their queries, directing them to the appropriate resources or team members as needed.
• Document call details and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

3. Coordination and Communication:

• Facilitate communication among team members to ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for relevant team members. (This is only for existing Alexis’ and Jon’s listings if still any left for us to service.)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Prior experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries and feedback related to the project
• Report directly to Project Manager
• Work closely with the relevant parties such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc.
• Implement proactive steps to address complaints arising from construction activities
• Maintain a documented record of requests and complaints received from residents and/or public
• Issue and distribute advance notifications to the public regarding upcoming work.

Requirements:

• Only for Singaporeans/PR
• Experience in customer service for BTO projects
• GCE O/A Level with relevant certificates
