• Responsible for serving food and beverage to guests.
• Check crockery and glassware to ensure that they are clean at all times.
• Greet guests courteously with a friendly smile.
• Set up table, clean the chairs and place them properly at the table.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, itineraries, and related services.

Booking and Reservation Management:

• Handle travel reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings.

Issue Resolution and Customer Satisfaction:

• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve swift issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Sales and Service Enhancement:

• Identify opportunities to promote additional services or upgrades to enhance the overall travel experience.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales targets for ancillary services.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each reservation.

Adherence to Policies and Regulations:

• Stay informed about industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant travel regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a diploma or equivalent; in travel and tourism .
• Proven experience in customer service, with a preference for candidates with background in the travel industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
