• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

• Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement

Skills/Requirement

• Minimum of ITE, 'O' levels. Open to consider Entry Level agents/officers ( training will be provided )
• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
• Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude and passion to deliver quality customer service.
• Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.
• Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attentive to details and a good team player who likes to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Passion for working, responsible and with good working attitude.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.
• Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays to support 24x7 Contact Centre service operations.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a positive, customer friendly admin and customer service executive with a strong work ethic for our dance studios. As part of the admin team you will be required to provide overall customer and teacher support over email, phone and face to face at the studios.

Things you will do

• Greet & welcome customers
• Provide information about our classes, programs and studio policies
• Respond to general support enquiries (email, phone, walk-ins)
• Process student upgrades, withdrawals, payment collection and other administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of class schedules, registrations, and payments using our studio management software
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
• Ensure premises are kept neat, well organised and report any maintenance issue to the relevant personnel
• Collaborate within and across teams to achieve business goals of service excellence and growth

About you:
As the ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (customer service or admin)
• Proficiency in office management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Customer focused attitude (Responsiveness, Accurate & Customer Friendly)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Manning the service hotline/email enquiries and service counter (office hours) for direct clients and financial advisors’ enquiries

Key Responsibilities

•Handle emails and phone calls enquiries such as account opening and general account / transaction-related enquires / issues

•Deliver excellent customer service, provide prompt and accurate advice to clients/advisors with the aim of achieving first call resolution

•To make following up calls/emails to customers/advisors on account opening applications /Transfer requests/3rd party payment

•Call verification to update client details, form amendments and reset password for accounts etc.

•Other ad-hoc admin and follow-up tasks assigned

•Attend to walk-in customer at our customer service centre

•Work closely with various departments and other CS team members
