Job Requirements

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for handling and processing a large volume of quotations and sales orders, ensuring they are completed within the target time. This includes verifying and correcting any part number errors in the orders. You will also manage customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat.

In addition to processing claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues with customer orders, such as requesting lead time changes from suppliers.

• Ability to communicate in English and be proficient in a second language and/or converse in dialects as the work requires interaction with a large number of clients from diverse background
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• A friendly and patient demeanor with a proven ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions, including those involving sensitive or complex issues
