STERIS is recruiting for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a proven leader and technical expert within the Service Engineering department, you will be responsible for independent management and completion of assigned projects, providing consultative support on technical issues to personnel at all levels of the organization and development as well as implementation of process improvement initiatives. ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage walk-in customers registration and billings.
• Answering in-coming calls
• Explain various health screening profiles to customers.
• Sort and distribute walk-in patients’ medical reports
• Monitor and control visitors entering the laboratory.
• Assist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front office.
