Key Responsibilities:

• Expand sales in service repairs, spare parts, and reconstruction to meet or exceed sales targets by preparing and overseeing quotations, tender submissions, negotiations, and all subsequent follow-up actions.
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts and reports while developing and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers to nurture future business opportunities.
• Strategize and implement market growth initiatives within assigned segments and territories, conducting sales activities including presentations, site surveys, and negotiations.
• Manage all contractual and project aspects of secured projects, ensuring comprehensive oversight and successful completion.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in construction or engineering, such as mechanical, electronics, or electrical.
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Engineering.

Full-Time Bartender cum Service Crew

- Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operation;
• Tap draught beers;
• Check stocks and update stock list when needed;
• Will be taught mixing of drinks;
• Maintain overall cleanliness of shop front;

- Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience in bartending, with good knowledge in spirits and cocktails;

• Conduct system and equipment testing and commissioning.
• Observe all field procedures and business policies.
• Upgrade the mechanical and electrical devices in the system.
• Collaborate with engineers on projects, installations of equipment, maintenance services, etc.
• Any additional responsibilities or tasks that the business assigns.

Requirements
