Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries ( phone, email or walk-in customers)
Responsible for contacting and message reminders to customers on their reservation
Responsible for cashier duties and accounts for transactions
Attend to telephone enquires
follow up on guests’ request / enquiries on F&B reservations and promotions
Promotes F&B promotions to guests
Responsible for welcoming of guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets seating procedures.
Be familiar with menu, promotions, and service procedures.
Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.
Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email/ telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
To be responsible to ensure that the outlet is fully booked
Work with the restaurant manager on promotions in ensuring that outlet is fully booked
Requirements:
Candidate having client base is preferred
Pleasant voice, clear and good telephone etiquette
Customer oriented
Able to multi-task
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in servicing customers in F&B setting
Willingness to undertake shift rotation
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
