Responsibilities

• Perform enquiry duties at the Service Counter during peak periods;
• Handle and process Service Replies (SRs) related to SID’s applications, licences, Security Officer’s training competencies and refresher quiz;
• Process Service Replies (SRs) relates to Personal, MHA and MP appeals;
• Respond to email related to submission of relevant supporting documents required for the applications by applicants;
• Respond to phone enquiries (SID’s dedicated hotline);
• Track and monitor SID’s SRs & Appeals status;
• Ensure the Service Standards for SRs and Appeals are met;
• When required, contact applicants for more information regarding licence applications;
• Advise applicants on submission requirements and procedures;
• Complete any other assigned duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Min. O-levels
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Provide good customer service

Customer Service is to manage the customer services activities within warehouse to meet customer needs.

• Communicate with team members and our customers via both email and phone calls

• Customer’s order and data processing on WMS (warehouse management system)

• Verify operational documents with billing summaries to be sent to customers

• Ensure that Customer Service operational documents properly

• Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound / outbound activities within a set time line

• Report irregularity encounter in the course of work to direct superior

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment handling incoming and outgoing shipments via sea/air freight and local transportations

• Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management system and documentation of order processing.

• Able to speak, read and write English upon directly communicating with customers or / and appointed vendors

• Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports

• Able to compile KPI reports periodically

• Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Manning the service hotline/email enquiries and service counter (office hours) for direct clients and financial advisors’ enquiries

Key Responsibilities

•Handle emails and phone calls enquiries such as account opening and general account / transaction-related enquires / issues

•Deliver excellent customer service, provide prompt and accurate advice to clients/advisors with the aim of achieving first call resolution

•To make following up calls/emails to customers/advisors on account opening applications /Transfer requests/3rd party payment

•Call verification to update client details, form amendments and reset password for accounts etc.

•Other ad-hoc admin and follow-up tasks assigned

•Attend to walk-in customer at our customer service centre

•Work closely with various departments and other CS team members
