Responsibilities:

• Performing service and maintenance procedures.
• Liaise closely with customer representatives on all service/maintenance issues.
• Coaches a team of service team members.
• Help supervisors organize service delivery teams and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage daily customer interactions and expectations to achieve optimal results.
• Assist supervisor in timely implementation and completion of customer troubleshooting and security system maintenance/maintenance.
• Understand each customer's business, organization, and goals to provide a baseline of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the work carried out complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• Perform other technical tasks as required.
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience with Min. Nitec's in Enginering field.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with ACMV / HVAC / Airconditioning / Chillers systems systems is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• An independent, self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
