Job Scope:

• Manage the service delivery of shared IT services to stakeholders and ensure SLA and customer satisfactory level KPI are met
• Managing a service desk which coordinate and update the progress of the Service Request, System Change and Enhancement from various stakeholders
• Provide assistance and liaise with maintenance contractors in the area of IT service request, change and incident management for Data Centre Operations, Technical Services and IT Infrastructure aspect
• Ensure customer requirements are handled through proper service management techniques where best practices and processes are applied, including timely reporting and status updates to stakeholders
• Manage of IT operational risk and issues, system performance and availability
• Oversee lifecycle maintenance activities of hardware and software includes preventive maintenance, and product life span
• Assist in managing operating expenses of IT resource and service-related expenses
• Review and recommend procedures, processes and policies to enhance data center operations and service delivery to all stakeholders
• Maintain the operation certification standards and involve all IT audits and assessments
• Assist in Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery activities and planning
• Involve project management (including new initiatives) to ensure all timeline is meet
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Possess ITIL certification is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Service Desk / IT Operations
• Possess Stakeholder Management & Vendor Management experience
• Possess Project Management & SLA experience
• Experienced in IT Infrastructure domain and strong understanding of system operations standards
• Resourceful, excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• To standby after office hours and on weekends, in case of incident reporting

Reporting to Manager, Logistics, this position will manage the Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to drive daily Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. The candidate will also conduct investigation to address logistics quality issues and implement projects to seek improvements in areas of workplace safety, process productivity and cost reduction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage LSPs providing Plant logistics, external warehousing and trucking services
• Resolve daily operational issues directly with LSPs and stakeholders
• Prepare and upkeep SOPs and Work Instructions
• Plan daily transfers from plant to external warehouses
• Investigate customer complaints to identify root cause and implement action plans
• Lead implementation of assigned projects and suggest quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct KPI review meetings with LSPs and lead them to meet performance targets
• Conduct scheduled audits on LSPs and implement improvement plans
• Prepare monthly reports on stock reconciliation, cargo damage/ loss, etc.
• Process LSP invoices in a timely manner, and resolve billing disputes with LSPs
• Conduct annual physical stock take and perform stock reconciliation
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights to support business improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or Engineering related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in handling warehousing and trucking operations for resin products
• Candidate with logistics experience in a chemical manufacturing plant preferred
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management System and inventory management practices
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
• Team player with good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive individual with good follow up skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel tools/ functions
• Willing to accept job rotation within Logistics Division

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorisation
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
