· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + OT Payable + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance

Main Responsibilities:

· To guide and lead day-to-day operations of the service team

· Product delivery training to distributors and customers

· Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls

· Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries

· Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue

· Furnish warranty claims and quality report to drive quality improvement on our products

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry

· Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram

· Possess valid Class 3 Driving License

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with engaging new people on a daily basis.
• Experience in B2C sales and cold calling/customer relationship skills.
• Experience in MS Office, CRM and other customer service management software or solutions are a plus
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
