To provide reactive preventive maintenance, installation, and comissioning service to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
• Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
• Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
• Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
• Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
• Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
• · Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
• Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
• Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Company/ and or Manager

Requirements:

• Candidates with ITEand/ or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply
• More than 2 years of hands-on related experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance
• Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both verbal and written English

Role and responsibilities

- Provide frontline customer services

- Patient registration and appointment scheduling

- Handling phone calls and inquiries

- Process invoice and payment collection

- Maintain patient medical records

- Perform inventory management

- Provide administrative support

- Maintain good relationship with customers

- Ad hoc tasks
