The Field Service Engineer is responsible for carrying out after sales field service jobs including testing & commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and overhaul of Ingersoll Rand’s air compressor at our installed bases. He/she will require technical knowledge of compressed air systems, customer orientation and strong ownership mindset to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, diagnose, maintenance and rectification on compressed air system at various commercial and industrial establishments.
• Conduct site and classroom training to customers on compressed air system.
• Recommend necessary actions to improve the efficiency and reliability of customer’s compressed air system.
• General service report writing for internal and external customers.
• Document and prepare field service quality reports. If there are quality problems, it is necessary to feedback specific product defects to the production department and assist customers to take corrective measures.
• Provide technical support for the Industrial Technologies & Services (ITS) products, including but not limited to Compressed Air System, Air Dryers System, Air Audit and IIOT system.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with strong field service experience in compressed air systems and PLC panel programming or related.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Office & Site-based within Singapore for field service jobs at installed bases.

You will proactively promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, and onboard them into nationwide healthcare initiatives (e.g. Healthier SG) to promote self-care. Additionally, you will be involved in daily clinic operations’ activities. Your main responsibilities will be to help patients navigate through the polyclinic through registration, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, processing referrals, and handling payments. You will be the first point of contact for patients to answer their general questions, perform initial health screening activities such as height and weight measurements, and administering blood pressure checks, and making outgoing calls to patients to address any urgent requests they have. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the clinic as needed.

Manage, monitor, and improve the performance of Customer Service. Ensure the CS department meets organizational goals and expectations. Ensures that all activities are consistently executed with SHVN's existing Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the division of work to the Customer Service Representatives.
• Manage, monitor, and improve the performance of the Customer Service Team.

• Accompany customer visits as required.
• Update CRM with visit reports / competitor info / market knowledge and other relevant account information.
• Assist in the preparation of terminal reporting.
• Liaises with the commercial department on customer inquiries for new business opportunities.
• Assist with projects as they may arise.
• A customer service manager builds and maintains lasting customer relationships and loyalty whilst delivering a customer-centric experience. A customer service Manager has a deep understanding of the customers' needs, products, and supply chain.
• Oversees and manages the order process flow for all customers. Co-ordinates the customer assignment. Responsible for setup Operational Review Meetings.
• Leading in continuous improvement and process optimization. Responsible for effectively and productively managing resources.
• Initiate Customer leadership teams.
• Develop and monitor training plan for customer service team.

Qualifications

• Possess a diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably experience in the (petrochemical) Industry.
• Experienced in leading teams and improving processes.
• Deep understanding of the customers' needs, products, and supply chain.
• Ability to think strategically and to lead.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and able to drive the organization in an effective and efficient way.
• Able to effectively manage personnel and delegate tasks to a diverse staff.
• Ability to prioritize and set goals short and long term.
• Analytical mind.
• 5- day work week with the need to do perform standby for 24hrs call when required.
• Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
