Job Requirements

Job Requirement

• Able to understand full routine maintenance job scope, excellent knowledge of our products.
• Able to use basic hand tools and specific tools where applicable.
• Able to use vibration meter, multi-meter, temperature meter, current (Amp) meter, battery tester, PQA and all other tools and measurement devices.
• Able to connect with all software used in our system for troubleshooting purpose, including, but not limited to QMS, PLC software, ProjectMaker and DiconScope.
• Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings in order to troubleshoot.
• Able to carry out engine annual maintenance.
• Able to replace all electrical parts for E and mechanical parts for M.
• Able to carry out all aspect of E commissioning (E senior engineer)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome the customers (students and parents) and visitors.
• Answer enquires raised by visitors and customers. Manage enquiries through telephone, email, website and in person.
• Recruit new students, and make registration.
• Selling pianos and music books.
