Job Description & Requirements

· Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended

· Manage guests/customers queries, requests, feedbacks

· Answer phone an email inquiry from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner

· Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc

· Anticipate guests needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience

· Able to setup forwarders and onboard new data sources into the environment.

· Able to troubleshoot and identify Splunk issue relating to performance and searches.

· Able to fine tune Splunk use cases (rule) and optimize searches performance.

· Able to create new dashboard to enhance the visualization of the data and create Splunk use cases for alerts/reports.

· Knowledge on index segregation and user restriction setup

· Knowledge on using Splunk Enterprise Security

· Able to do Common Informational Model for Enterprise Security.

Service Engineer (Test Service)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

• Perform evaluation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of equipment according to guidelines and approved methods
• Provide installation, commissioning and after sales maintenance service to customers for general scientific laboratory equipment
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and confidentiality of test results
• Co-ordinate closely with sales team to provide technical support & after sales service to customers
• Conduct risks assessments to comply with safety work procedures

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Possesses initiative and keen knowledge in gaining understanding of mechanics and operations of equipment
• Relevant working experience in similar field would be an advantage
• Sound ability to troubleshoot, test and conduct hands-on repairs
• Good knowledge and understanding in Circuit Schematic Drawing
• Possess Class 3 Driving License (but not essential)
• Experience in or knowledge of ISO documentation (specifically ISO / IEC 17025) will be an added advantage
