· Provide all levels of application support, handling change requests and project coordination.

· Analyze and troubleshoot application errors raised by business users.

· Establish the root causes of application errors and propose solution to Support Lead.

· Perform system bug fixing and testing under the supervision of System Analyst.

· Follow up on unresolved cases with end users/next level and ensure timely resolution.

· Report significant and recurring issues to support lead for future solution.

· Collect feedback to determine patterns and issues that can be resolved by building a knowledgebase.

· Provide FAQs to end user to ease in troubleshooting.

· Able to stay back for critical issue support and during project implementation.

Requirements:

Profile Requirement:

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Duploma, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in IT system support and hardware maintenance.
• Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals, and/or diagrams will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be an added advantage.
