a) Counter Services

- Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment collection.

- Explain payment schemes and charges to patients.

- Provide information on the various clinical services offered by the Centre and attend to inquiries from patients and members of the public.

- Perform counter-closing tasks following standard procedures at the end of business day.

b) Clinical Services

- Provide assistance to patients during eye examination and perform basic patient care activities and services, such as eye evaluation tests, eye drops instillation and rendering basic eye care advice to patients/ family.

- Prepare necessary clinical documents for clinic sessions and conduct daily equipment/ instruments inventory checks in the assigned work area to ensure that equipment is always ready for use.

Job Requirement

• Minimum National ITE Certificate (Nitec) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum one year of relevant working experience handling installation and maintenance of F&B and kitchen equipment
• Possess Singapore Class 2B and 3 driving license is preferred
• Able to read blueprints and diagrams
• Physically fit to manage bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
• Basic computer knowledge to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and handheld device during operation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A meticulous and fast learner with ability to multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

✔ MUST have technical sales experiences, Oil & Gas industry preferred

✔ Work location is at Mandai Estate, North (Bus from Bukit Panjang/Kranji MRT)

✔ Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a pool of 700 customer accounts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction among assigned accounts
• Address technical queries, assist with part numbering, and up-sell products complementing the application in discussion
• Identify accounts with potential for growth and develop account plans
• Understand customers’ challenges and suggest appropriate solutions to address their challenges
• Work closely with the supervisor to keep up-to-date and provide feedback from customer base

• Competitor activity monitoring and prompt reporting to supervisor for feedback to Head of Sales
• Keep track of new applications and share with the larger sales team
• Other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team to deliver on shared goals
• Liaise with factory when necessary and attend meetings, webinars and trainings beyond office hours when required.
• Diploma or strong science/technical discipline with 2-3 years of inside technical sales experience relevant to Oil & Gas industry
• Some experiences in dealing with Oil & Gas, Semi-conductor and Refining / Petrochemical industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication with ability to articulate thoughts and ideas.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), basic knowledge of SAP B1 and aptitude to learn business systems and other software platforms as required.

JOB SUMMARY

The food and beverage crew is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and beverages. The F&B crew fulfills any other duties the café manager assigns and represents dal.komm COFFEE in a professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
• Sells and serves drink and food items to customers.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu
• Answers customer questions regarding coffee, drinks preparation, and product freshness.
• Competently prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for espresso-based drinks
