Responsibilities

• Perform Repair and overhaul (Disassemble, Clean, Inspection, Assemble and test) on Honeywell APU Accessories LRUs (Pneumatic valves, oil/Fuel pumps, electrical starters, wire harness).
• Operate and maintain company provided measuring apparatus, tools and equipment.
• Perform 5S and TPM on work area, tooling and equipment.
• Ensures that work carried out meets the required quality as stated in the respective engine manuals and technical documents.
• Comply with company HSE rules and procedures.

Requirements:

• At least a NTC Aerospace Technology/ Engineering certificate or higher.
• Must have 2-5 years experience in Aerospace Industry
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine manuals and/or publications

Service & Repair Technician (Inspector) (Welding/ Aerospace)

Salary : Up to $3500 depending on experience

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of aero engine hardware against quality requirements in accordance with respective approved manuals and repair documents.
• Establish correct serviceability of inspected aero hardware through disposition or entry of parts defect condition and repair call-out.
• Perform TPM management of inspection tool/gauge/equipment calibration.
• Perform 5S and housekeeping duties
• Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
• Support Engineers and Planners for parts review and product repair capabilities.
• Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a NTC Aerospace Technology/ Engineering certificate or higher.
• Must have 2-5 years welding experience in Aerospace Industry
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of SAP
