Requirements:

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, genomics or related technical discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency in R or Python and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with Docker and/or Singularity containerized jobs.
• Experience in using cloud computing infrastructure.
• Good publication records, with at least first author publications in high quality journals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrate interest in cancer biology and high resolution genomics.

Job Description:

• Supporting and performing the daily administrative duties.
• Process Centre expenses, invoices and other requests.
• Record and summarize attendance and other related matters.
• Handle the affairs arranged by the HOD / Supervisor.

• Minimum O levels or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
• Proactive, independent, meticulous, organized, honest and a good team player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
