- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

6. Good knowledge about all menus. Up-selling of our products and being able to recommend items when asked by customers.

7. Able to work efficiently in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of other team members.

8. Perform other administrative duties as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Having at least 1-year experience in F&B industry.
• Experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of operational principles, operations procedure and policies.
• Hands-on experience implementing operational process.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Great communication skill and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do paid overtime work as and when required.
• Having a coachable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Software and willing to undertake paperwork duties is a plus.
• Able to work night shift and weekend.
