• Packing documents and collaterals
• Receiving and sorting daily mail, managing faxing and mailing, and handling all correspondence, including maintaining accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Receiving and managing office supplies, as well as printing and photocopying documents
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Administration Managers, Vice-Principals, or Principal

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Pleasant personality with a willingness to learn and be inquisitive
• Proactive, a team player, organized, and able to multitask and prioritize daily tasks using modern office technologies and computer applications
• Preferably holds GCE O-Levels or relevant receptionist/administrative work experience
• Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, with good telephone etiquette when responding to inquiries from the public and stakeholders

Additional Requirement:
As the General Office is located on Level 2 of the school premises, which does not have lift access, personnel must be able to perform daily activities such as climbing stairs.

• Performing and enhancing daily control processes for regulatory reporting to local regulators.
• Timely and accurate trade capture and checkout.

• Monitoring and processing trade lifecycle events.

The ideal candidate will possess

• University degree with 10-15 years of experience in an operations role with experience managing a team
• Experience in implementing new products, flows and strategic projects
• Experience with global investment bank, with trade support experience especially in Commodities or Fixed Income OTC.
• Strong team supervision and stakeholder management skills.
