Job Description:

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and coordinate the seating of guests
• Taking of orders, serving of food and beverages to the guest and clearing tables
• Crosscheck and ensure accuracy of food orders.
• Serving foods.
• Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness in restaurant

Role & Responsibilities

· Provide customer support for our Company’s products such as handling their enquiries with tact and courtesy.

· Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our Company products.

· Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features, configuration, usage and maintenance.

· Proactive in informing customers of additional product and services we offer.

· Handle all essential resources, materials and equipments for effective and efficient delivery.

Key Competencies

· Good level of customer service experience.

· Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.

Qualification:

· NITEC/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer-related or equivalent discipline.

· Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.

· Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

Job Description

1. Maintain tunnel washer, washer extractor and dryers to keep laundry machinary and equipment in operational condition.
2. Follow standard routine system check procedure.
3. Follow regular maintenance programme procedure.
4. Perform troubleshoot-ing, repair and servicing procedure.
5. Upkeep spare parts inventory records.
6. Manage machinery cleaning and housekeep-ing of maintenance, repair and servicing tools.

Job Requirement

1. At least a Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics, or other Engineering-related field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience. Preferred in laundry or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

· Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and repair activities at sites.

· Test and / or repair electronic parts and accessories

· Electronic configuration

· Assist and support fellow team members as needed

· Meet productivity and quality goals.

Requirements

· Minimum GCE O Level/NITEC

· Experienced in troubleshooting Electronics / Electrical component

· Ability to handle and manage data and power connections.
