Salary range: $4000 - $5000
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Onsite support location: CapitaSky (Robinson Rd) & CapitaSpring (Market St)

Requirement:

• Singaporean
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking user/associate)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, Business (Other) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of working experience in providing technical network system and desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services.
• 2+ years of experience working with global IT teams and delivering towards global and local business/IT needs.
• Knowledge of collaborative productivity tools, for example but not limited, instant messaging, collaboration, workspace, knowledge management, issue resolution, ticketing is preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of IT compliance and global regulations in data security, cyber security, and privacy is preferred

You will assist the Principal Investigator(s) to implement and coordinate research projects. Research project activities included screening, recruitment, events reporting, data entry, biological specimens collection and processing, maintaining of sites files, and research participants’ follow up. You will conduct phone interviews or questionnaires with the research participants. You are required to adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guideline, protocol and regulatory compliance. You will also be supporting the department with general administration. The selected candidate will be offered employment on 1 to 2-year renewable contractual terms.

Roles and Responsibilities

Patient Care Management

• Comply with established guidelines of infection control practices.
• Recognize and intervene in emergency situation involving patient care or other team members.
