The Role

The Customer Relations Executive performs customer service duties according to hospital’s standards and supervises and coaches the customer service team.

Key accountabilities

To cover duties at both Front Office counters at Mount Elizabeth Hospital main lobby and Medical Centre. Duties include:

• Provide directions and assistance to all internal and external customers by handling their requests and enquiries
• Assist with patient’s admission from Business Office to Ward and discharge from ward
• Handle specialist referral
• To conduct ward visitation for inpatients and ensure patient’s confidentiality at all times
• To go the extra mile and delight patient whenever possible
• To meet and greet VIP and provide necessary assistance
• To handle feedbacks from all channels and provide appropriate follow up actions/ service recovery
• To ensure all feedbacks and enquiries are attended to within 3 hours
• To ensure internal KPIs are met
• Coordinate and conduct Maternity Tours and Hospital Tours
• To conduct internal audits so as to ensure quality of service rendered
• To check Daily VVIP Listing prepared by customer relations officers for errors before list gets send out
• To arrange fruit baskets/ hampers for patients on VIP list and any ad-hoc requests by HODs of other departments
• To prepare weekly and monthly reports and invoices
• To prepare gifts and presentation for hospital’s festivity celebrations
• To plan monthly rosters and ensure sufficient daily manpower
• Participate in projects and assist in events
• To coach and guide officers, bellmen and valets when required
• To arrange and roster officers for relevant training and courses

For Customer Relations Executive (Vietnamese), in addition to the above stated, these services include but do not limit to the following:

• Assisting patient’s pre-admission procedures such as accommodation arrangements in Singapore and pre-registration

The job involves working with community-based clients, including schools, day programs, supported workplaces, aged care facilities, and clients' homes. The caseload includes both adult and pediatric clients, comprised of those under insurance and private clients.

• Assist clients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders through evidence-based and functional therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct assessments and evaluates clients to identify speech and language development needs
• Plan and execute therapy programme and engaging activities
• Participate in weekly supervision and group sessions with management to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality care.
• Work within a supportive team environment that fosters collaboration, featuring monthly social events and team meetings.
• Conduct periodic reviews with suitable therapy treatments for Holistic Individual Care Plan with client
• Recommend appropriate in applicant or speech devices to assist in individual care plan
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and identify intervention to educate family and caregiver
• Review and revise programme schedule for therapy program with proper documentation

Job Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology its equivalent.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting, or relevant
• Fully Vaccinated

IT Operations Support Engineer

The IT Operations & Support Engineer will provide L1 operations and technical support for PMO-PSB systems, manage service delivery, and support programme delivery initiatives. This role includes responding to user requests, managing system operations, and coordinating with stakeholders for smooth and secure IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Support:

• Provide IT support for PMO program, with rostered standby duty after hours
• Respond to user support requests, operational alerts, and incidents both remotely and onsite.
• Support system testing and verification post-patch or maintenance with Ops and vendors.
• Manage monitoring dashboards, alerts, change requests, and service management cases.
• Maintain the Operations & Maintenance playbook and submit reports and updates.

Service Delivery Management:

• Oversee patch management, backups, disaster recovery, and asset management with Ops and vendors.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle (renewal, disposal) and ensure secure processes.
• Maintain service availability, adhere to SLAs, and contribute to system support improvements.

Programme Delivery:
