Customer Service

 Listen to and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.

Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.

 Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.

Service Consultation and coordination

Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and

repairs.

 Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service

process.

 Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring

satisfaction.

The Talent:

• At least a Diploma in any Discipline
• Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred
• Good problem-solving skills, organized, meticulous and customer focused
• Team player and able to multi tasks and with good time management
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office). SAP Knowledge a definite advantage.
• Business proficiency and fluency in English and Korean / Japanese to support customers from Korea or Japan

Job Description

• Manage end to end order processing/ management
• To ensure smooth operation in daily operation and timely arrangements of orders/returns with support to system administration flow as following:
• Data entries and support the team in festive to ensure a smooth flow in daily operations.
• Tracking of Proof of delivery (POD) and Credit notes.
