A Sales Support Executive is a professional who provides assistance and support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Executive to join our team.
Service Report Management:
- Compile and prepare consolidated service reports from the Operations team for submission.
- Organize and maintain an archive of all service reports.
Billing and Sales Order Management:
- Assist in creating Sales Orders (SO) in the SAP system for billing purposes.
Quotation and Vendor Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Operations team to develop quotations for corrective work.
- Request quotations from vendors as needed.
Job Management and Inventory Monitoring:
- Enter awarded jobs into the SAP system and manage the workflow.
- Prepare purchase requisition forms and submit them for approval.
- Monitor and manage inventory and spare parts allocation, with particular attention to customers under comprehensive contracts.
Customer Coordination:
- Handle customer inquiries in coordination with the Operations team and track the progress of responses.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree/ dipolma in relevant field
- Familiarity with the SAP system is advantageous.
