Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve application incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes

Job Responsibilities

The temp staff will be responsible for the following duties:

3. Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.
