Responsibilities:

• Implementing service and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborating closely with client representatives on service and maintenance matters.
• Guiding and coaching a team of service personnel.
• Assisting the supervisor in team deployment and task allocation for service tasks.
• Overseeing daily client interactions to meet expectations effectively.
• Supporting the supervisor in ensuring timely troubleshooting and completion of service tasks for security systems at client sites.
• Understanding and meeting each client's business, organizational, and objective-related needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act in all work activities.
• Undertaking additional technical duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma or higher in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in multinational settings, with a focus on security.
• Additional advantage with expertise in security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
• Fundamental IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.
