Job Description:

• Plan, organise, lead and manage the operation department and daily operation activities
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, foremen, sprayers and safety coordinator. Assign tasks and responsibilities according to their skills and expertise.
• Conduct weekly meetings with supervisors and foremen on related work activities
• Conduct monthly safety meetings with supervisors and foremen on all safety programs, good health and safety practice and continuously review and update the safety program and system to ensure a continuously safe and hazard free place with safe work culture in place to ensure all work related environments and workplace are ideal and safe for work.
• Inspect construction sites regularly and work with safety team members to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/equipment on site.
• Plan for manpower deployment, supporting the project requirements.
• Monitor resource utilisation and make adjustments when needed.
• Plan for transport of workers.
• Ensure proper installation, quality and progress of projects to ensure successful completion of these projects under your supervision and are according to drawings, specifications and schedule of each project.
• Coordinate with immediate customers, site consultants, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and attend meetings on work progress, safety and quality related activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspec5ons with RE & RTO or Main Con representatives.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth implementa5on and monitoring of work progress.
• Analyse drawings to ensure that coating application projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Record and ensure proper documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Planning and scheduling of projects

To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule

To handle design for Electrical and ELV works and to ensure clients' requirements are met

To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors

Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment,

Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects

To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks

Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow

Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge

To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment

Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of the role is to

• Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Priority Clients segment

Implementation and oversight of the below individual responsibilities:

• To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
• To foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• In consultation with the PB team manager/ branch manager/ PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals
• To participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• To source and call on individual prospects
• To provide quality, efficient after-sales services
• To manage anti-attrition and retention of clients
• To organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.
• To solicit referrals from other parts of SCB eg. RMs from C&I, staff, etc.
• To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
• To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.
