Engage in contract negotiations with logistics suppliers and sub-contractors

Responsible for completing projects on time and in coordination with the outsourced supplier

Responsible for the coordination of cross functional team members and required project materials

The individual will be required to identify lead-time constraints, and take corrective action to remedy any issues with project delivery

Participate in cross functional team projects to provide management with actionable data

Evaluate data to ensure the proper strategy is formulated and any risks are identified

Act as the primary contact for IT and ITC

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation activities in workshop & customer services and traffic teams
• Ensure accountability and integrity operational readiness of workshop and traffic teams
• Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the workshop & traffic operation are effectively maintained to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure staff are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibility to the required standards
• Deal openly and promptly with any problems and effectively identify and manage risk as appropriate
• Constantly review and streamline workflow and working conditions in order to achieve labour turnover and efficient operation
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company
• Provide the point of escalation for team for any operational issues
• Preparation of reports on performance, budget and expenditure
• Plan and achieve financial budget and key performance indicators
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Academic qualification: Diploma in Engineering & equivalent.
• Competent in English (verbal & written) & spoken Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders/technicians/clients)
• Competent in corporate presentation
• Possess strong analytical & technical knowledge
• Prior working experience in managing daily workshop for at least 2 years
• Valid Class 3 Driving License

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing client enquiries (local and overseas) and processing sales orders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments, such as service operations and logistics to facilitate the product/service delivery.
• Assist with preparation of Delivery Orders, Proforma Invoices (only when required)
• Maintain prompt and accurate records

Pre-Requisities:

• Prior experience in a sales support, client servicing or administrative role
• Able to prioritise tasks, follow up on pending matters etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise effectively with clients including Greater China
• Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel in particular
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Requirements
