About the role of HR Manager

• Prepare and manage annual HR Budget, align financial resources with organizational and HR strategic goals.

9. Board and Senior Leadership Engagement

• Prepare HR presentations, reports and updates for participation and meetings with HR Committee (BOD) and Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic HR insights and contribution to organisational planning.
• Lead and to support Senior Management to conduct HR Committee periodic meetings and work with stakeholders (e.g. Board & HRC subcommittee members)
