Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive regional e-commerce strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
  Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  Create and execute plans to drive online sales across different ecommerce platforms in the region.
  
• Business Development:Identify and explore new e-commerce opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the online presence.
  Build and maintain relationships with key e-commerce platforms
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.

*Additional Shift Allowance of $5 per shift.

Job Description (Training will be provided):

- Foreign crew escort.

- Kiosk machine assistance.

- Managing auto baggage drop.

- Arrival and Departure gate handling.

- Misc duties such as queue management, early check-in registration, etc.

Notes:

- 44-hrs work-week with alternate 5/6 work-day arrangement.

- Transport reimbursement (capped at $30.00) for shifts before 0700hr (7am) and after 2300hr (11pm).

Objective / Purpose of the Job

Patient Experience Associate plays a vital role in overseeing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to our patients, organizing appointments and medical documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the clinic, and delivering quality care to our patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing front desk reception duties for the clinic, which include handling enquires (phone, email, communication channels, etc.), appointment scheduling for all clinics, and transferring calls to the respective personnel or clinic when appropriate.
• Administer new/ current patient registration and medical reports:

– Ensure clinic operational readiness to receive patients daily.

– Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

– Attend to patient registration and guide new patients through the registration

process to ensure accurate and complete information is obtained.

– Upon patients’ check-in, check them into Clinic Operating System, and verify with

patients on their identification document, insurance coverage, and administrative

requirements, if any.

– Perform and record the patient’s vital signs.

referrals.
