Primary Function

You will manage, enhance and optimize the client’s experience in the organisation. You are the strategic coordinating person to ensure effective and efficient operations coordination from the point of sales to on-site event coordination and post-event business development. You will be fostering good rapport and maintaining strong working relationships with clients through the provision of excellent customer service, taking proactive and timely manner to the client’s needs. You shall provide a one-stop service to the client - right from the initial sales stage to the execution of the event.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management from detailed to execution and show calling
• Contribute creative ideas and give inputs on producing various planning and campaign proposals
• Working closely as a team and independently in the execution of events, providing proper scheduling of the project timeline to meet clients’ objectives
• Writing of proposal pitches, presentations, coordination, and management of the project
• Driving Revenue Growth and assisting in formulating Sales Strategies
• Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to superior/team lead for each event project.
• Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.

• Lead, manage, and report daily production and quality requirements. Assist operators and employees in troubleshooting as necessary. Coach and mentor team members on properly operating equipment, tooling, and quality requirements. • Work as a leader, team member, resource, and/or coach and maintain required Lean and Visual Factory areas, including 5S, KanBan, daily task boards, housekeeping matrices, pull systems, shipping lanes, staging, etc. Continuous improvement project participation is required.
