Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email. Assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing updates on their orders or shipments. Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery. Process orders and ensure all customer data is accurate and up-to-date in the system.

Clearance Agent Duties: Manage customs clearance processes for shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, packing lists). Work with customs officials and freight forwarders to ensure the timely clearance of goods at airports. Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, tariffs, and taxes. Track and monitor the status of shipments, providing updates to customers on clearance progress. Resolve any issues that may arise during the clearance process, including documentation discrepancies, customs holds, or delays.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in logistics, customs, or supply chain management is a plus. Proven experience in customer service and clearance operations (customs or freight forwarding). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of import/export regulations and clearance procedures is highly desirable. Customer Service is to manage the customer services activities within warehouse to meet customer needs.

• Communicate with team members and our customers via both email and phone calls

• Customer’s order and data processing on WMS (warehouse management system)

• Verify operational documents with billing summaries to be sent to customers

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment handling incoming and outgoing shipments via sea/air freight and local transportations

• Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management system and documentation of order processing.

• Able to speak, read and write English upon directly communicating with customers or / and appointed vendors

• Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports

• Able to compile KPI reports periodically

• Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements
