Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, and document preparation required for international shipping (air, sea, and road transport).
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
• Work closely with customs brokers to help clear goods through customs, providing necessary documentation and information as needed.
• Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicating any delays and managing client expectations.

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers.
