Responsibilities

• Responsible for the training, implementation and maintenance of Best Practices and Certifications/Standards.
• Participate and support any company’s business development/expansion strategies & policies implementation that relates to production and maintenance areas.
• Support site in obtaining and maintaining ISO14001, ISO9001, CQM and Common Criteria certifications.
• Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic/ Mechatronics Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years’ experience as a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager.
• Experienced in the IC chip module mass production/semiconductor OSAT/backend semiconductor manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of die-attach, wire-bonding, encapsulation, chip module testing process and equipment.
• Have managed a team of 100 - 150 people in a mass production environment.
