As a Relationship Manager, you will take ownership over a book of business that you will develop by building relationships with potential and existing borrowers and networking to bring in more borrowers. This person will play a pivotal role in bringing in business and ensuring the continued vitality of Funding Societies.

What you will do:

• Generate leads for SME lending via phone calls, client visit & etc
• Educate SMEs on peer-to-peer lending and our company
• Follow-up with inquiries and qualify leads for SME lending
• Retain and expand relationships with SMEs to meet their financing needs
• Identify new product and service offerings, which may create unique, innovative, and high-value customer solutions.
  

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years experience in SME financing and/or B2B sales
• Wide network of decision makers in the SME space
• Able to adapt to an evolving and fast-paced working environment
• Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, with proven ability to optimize both internal and external contacts
• Proactive, assertive and able to take ownership of the target with the ability to plan for its achievement
• Good self/time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one second language
  

Essential Job Functions:

The Design Manager is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

General

• Close communication with PD/PM to reflect PD/PM’s intention for the project and establish Design management policy/tactics in line with PD/PM’s intention.
• Responsible for dealing with client and consultant management.

Planning & Programming

• Planning of shop drawings submission schedule to control the sequence and time frame for development of shop drawings.
• Prepare documents/samples submission schedule to control the sequence and timing for samples submission/approval with preferable float time allowed for procurements.

Quality

• Co-ordinate all related design matters with Consultants/ Client.
• Ensure main contract and sub-contract designs co-ordinated fulfil all design requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Contract team for any formal and informal changes made by Consultants.
• Co-ordinate with Contract team for proper sequence of sub-contract awards.
• Resolve technical problems for team.

Safety

• Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at Design Section and Design subcontractors with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma holder in related discipline.
• At least 10 years of design co-ordination experience with Architectural and Structural trades in the building construction industry.
• Able to work independently. Work experience for at least two large scale construction projects.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organise and control activities of the design team.
• Good skill to manage changes by Consultants, i.e. comments to RFI or AI issued, ensure the changes are economically in favour to the Contractor.
• Familiar with 2D CAD operation and good understanding of 3D Modelling management.
• Ability to multi task.
• Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Manager or BDM is responsible for Sales & Marketing activities and assist operations if required, your responsibility will include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
• Conduct day-to-day sales activities include telemarketing and sales calls.
• Building relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, creating, and implementing sales plans.
• Monitors and analyzes market trends to identify potential new venue streams.
• Collaborating with other departments and senior management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Review account portfolio regularly and present to management sales report on a regular basis, to provide analysis on performance of each account i.e. Rooms and events, forward and follow up action plans.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and partners to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Understands the overall market, competitors’ strengths and weakness, economic trends, supply, and demand etc. and knows how to win against them.
• Conduct room inspection before a guest checks-in, to ensure set-up and cleanliness are in order.
• Cross sell other property and event space.
• Follow up with clients whose payment is outstanding and long overdue.
• Assist with annual budget planning, and sales forecasts.
• Assist in administrative tasks, in the absence of the sales administrator.
• Support operations in organizing corporate / resident’s events.
• Handling of any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will be someone with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to details, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Ideal candidates with a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in hospitality management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions or Sales Executive from a reputable hotel / serviced residence.
• Excellent communications and written skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Positive, proactive attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager with an in-depth understanding of marine construction processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, including contract law and legal principles. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for marine construction projects, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives and industry standards.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual terms and obligations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved within contractual frameworks.
• Provide expert advice on contract interpretation and enforcement.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with contract terms.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of contract performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Liaise with legal teams to address disputes, claims, and contract-related conflicts.
• Draft correspondence for claims such as extensions of time or variation orders.
• Maintain detailed records of all contracts and associated activities.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and compliance issues for senior management.
