Job Description

1. Lead Management

A. Sales enquiries (through cold call, meeting, networking, and other channel)

• Start tracking every lead receives and follows up
• Ensure sales are closed
• Submit the report to management on lost sales (template will be provided)
• Basic analysis of leads collected and closed

B. Complaint handling

• Helping stores to reply after carrying out an investigation
• Generate a complaint form for tracking and identify the root cause
• Able clients facing and to handle difficult clients
• Able to communicate with external parties – CASE Association

2. Conduct Monthly Online Contests

• Assist and pack the goodie bags when required
• Follow up with participants for prize collection
• Ensure the prize/ voucher forms are documented & filed

3. Post Monthly Promotional Posts Online

• Additionally, support additional posts when requested
• Occasionally, needs to help to shortlist products/services to be featured on social platform

4. Handle and retain existing customers and manage account related activities

5. Provide accurate and timely information to Management

6. Additional Tasks: Willingness to undertake other assignments such as tradeshows, supplier events, pick-up phone calls and ad-hoc surveys based on organizational requirements

· Cashiering duties;

· Guide residents to make S&CC payment on e-platforms;

· Attend to residents on feedback matters as part of the front line customer service team;
