The Naval Project and Business Manager will ensure the smooth execution of the naval program in the Singapore and Malaysia region. Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct ship repair, construction and conversion projects.
• Conduct and lead the daily VSCC meeting on hot-works and incompatible jobs onboard to ensure safety of personnel and property are not endangered.
• Meet repairs / refit schedules by planning, monitoring projects’ critical path, cost control and execution.
• Develop good working relationship with customers and maintaining teamwork showing high interests.
• Solve daily conflicts at ground level by monitoring and coordinating sequential and incompatible jobs affecting master schedule.
