Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the APAC aerospace sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and capture new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, airlines, and leasing entities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team.
• Order entry and follow-up with customers on the delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.

• Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.
• Support Field Service on service order and billing.
• Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.
• Update equipment parts lead time.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma level
• Knowledge of PC-Work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
