Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the Operations Manager in the monitoring and analysis of performance data such as KPI and productivity reports, as well as financial data such as billing reports and account P&L.
• Prepare the warehouse operational report and ensure actual cost are kept within budget.
• Identify opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs without compromising service level.

As a Senior Manager, Technical Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and managing technical solutions in Data Centre Engineering projects from inception to completion, developing pre-sales solutions by coordinating closely with the Commercial team and/or wider KDCH teams, and working with various investment stakeholders to assess feasibility of Pre-deals. As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will support the delivery of large Data Centre Projects from their inception to completion, or, depending on your experience, lead our small to medium scale projects.
