Job Description

The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operation, including power, cooling, fire protection, security, and environmental controls. Job Purpose

You will be part of the Group Data Management & Governance Office, specifically in the area of Enterprise Data Governance and Data Management.

You will be running programs and initiatives to raise the data literacy and risk awareness across the Group, and enhance the controls and value of our data asset. The Job

• Design, develop and maintain data governance artefacts (e.g. framework, policies, standards and guidelines) to ensure relevancy and up-to-date to meet the organization’s strategic objectives and business needs.
• Design and execute communication strategy and initiatives to raise the overall data literacy and data control obligations across the Group to enable intelligent workforce.

Our Requirements

• Degree from recognized tertiary institution with at least 10 years of working experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data governance, and/or data management (such experience within Insurance or financial Industry advantageous)
• Experience in conducting investigations, or compliance assessments preferred;
• Risk management experience an added advantage;
• Detail oriented and analytical, with good problem solving, project management and organizational skills.
